Russell Marine has historically performed a wide range of marine maintenance for our customers in the Houston Ship Channel and surrounding port markets. These maintenance projects range from a few days of day-rate work to multiple weeks of maintenance at our customer’s facilities. Since Russell Marine’s equipment fleet is 100% owned and located on the ship channel, we have the ability to mobilize equipment and crews on short notice and provide a high level of customer satisfaction and service.

DAVID TAYLOR
Operations Manager
David is the Operations Manager for Russell Marine with 25 years of experience in the marine construction industry. He has been with Russell Marine for 11 years and previously worked for other marine contractors, starting his career as a welder working his way through the ranks. He has handled a variety of aspects in the Marine and Industrial Sector from the pre-construction phase to executing work in the field. His relationships with customers up and down the gulf coast are historical and he is extraordinarily well respected. He was born and raised in Tarkington, Texas and now resides in Baytown, Texas and enjoys team roping and going to classic truck shows in his free time.
Cameron Toups
Vice President of Operations
Cameron is a Vice President of Operations for Russell Marine with 8 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned a degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, where he was a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. He has been with Russell Marine for 2.5 years and has previously worked for Cajun Deep Foundations and McCarthy Building Companies Inc. as Estimator, Project Engineer, and Superintendent. He has handled a variety of aspects in the Marine and Industrial Sector from the pre-construction phase to managing work in the field. He was born and raised in Southeast Louisiana and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
Javier Solis
Senior Project Manager
Coastal Bend Senior Project Manager Javier Solis has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, working with JM Davidson in roles from Project Manager to Marine & Civil Estimator, and, eventually, Division Manager, Javier completed numerous marine jobs, from rebuilds to repairs in the Corpus Ship Channel and the Coastal Bend Region. He was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and now resides in Ingleside with his wife and their 2 teenage sons. He enjoys kayak fishing, golfing, watching football, and watching his boys compete in various sports in his free time.
