Phillips 66 Ship Dock 4

Project Description:

The scope of work for the Phillips 66 Balance of Marine Work Project consisted of the fabrication and installation of a 36” steel pipe pile supported steel dock structure weighing approximately 300 Tons. 

Four (4) vessel-breasting 84” steel pipe pile supported concrete structures were installed with powered quick-release hooks. 

For access to the dock, a 24” steel pipe pile supported a concrete approach trestle. Four (4) vessel mooring steel pipe pile supported concrete structures were installed with powered quick-release hooks. Fabrication and installation of steel pipe pile supported catwalk system for personnel access between breasting and mooring structures. The client also requested that Russell Marine install three (3) new loading arms and a new telescopic personnel gangway.
