In November 2022, Russell Marine LLC acquired a local marine construction contractor’s assets, including an additional 5 cranes within the La Quinta Channel in Ingleside, TX, expanding our services in the Coastal Bend Region.
Our onsite team has the capability and experience to handle new marine construction including new dock and pier construction, monopile and breasting structure installations, loading arm installation, and demolition, as well as pile-driving and marine maintenance. From this additional location, we can more immediately mobilize equipment and crews while providing the highest level of safety, quality, and productivity that Russell Marine is known for.

Senior Project Manager – Coastal Bend
Coastal Bend Senior Project Manager Javier Solis has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, working with JM Davidson in roles from Project Manager to Marine & Civil Estimator, and, eventually, Division Manager, Javier completed numerous marine jobs, from rebuilds to repairs in the Corpus Ship Channel and the Coastal Bend Region. He was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and now resides in Ingleside with his wife and their 2 teenage sons. He enjoys kayak fishing, golfing, watching football, and watching his boys compete in various sports in his free time.
